ABOUT DR. WHITE
Dr. Brigitte White is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bright Whites Oral Care and a passionate advocate for oral health equity. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, she earned her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at Princeton University, where she majored in Public Policy and International Affairs. Dr. White currently serves as the Outreach Chair on the Penn Dental Alumni Executive Board and enjoys mentoring the next generation of dental professionals.
With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. White has established herself as a skilled cosmetic and restorative dentist committed to helping patients achieve their smile goals. She provides a comprehensive range of treatments tailored for all ages, from newborn oral care regimens to advanced restorative solutions for aging patients. Her time operating her solo practice, BrightWhites Dental in Northern Virginia, inspired her to develop a line of oral healthcare products that prioritize the health and well-being of her patients and communities.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. White is a published author and blogger. She shares insights on oral health and wellness through her blog, and her articles on oral health equity have reached audiences nationwide. Her writing covers topics ranging from practical smile tips to reflections on life as an entrepreneur, mother, and healthcare provider.
Dr. White’s experience extends beyond private practice. She has worked in public health settings and served as a U.S. Army provider in Germany. Driven by a commitment to scientific discovery, she published research on Olfaction and Gustatory Function in the Annals of Neurology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and writing. Her publications include the young adult novel All-American and a collection of children’s books on oral care, all available on Amazon.
